FitGrooms Boot Camp
FitGrooms Boot Camp is a 12 week outdoor fitness program located on both the Upper East Side and Upper West Side of Central Park and in Battery Park. It is the fastest and most effective way to achieve your fitness goals.

If you are trying to lose weight for your wedding, increase your energy or you are just trying to eat healthier, let our Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutrition Specialist teach you how to choose the foods that are the best for your health and wellness.
Our nutritionist will conduct a comprehensive initial nutrition assessment. During this initial consultation, our nutritionist will review your nutritional goals, medical history, laboratory tests (if available), and a seven day food diary. After careful analysis, our dietitian will critique your current diet and outline recommendations to improve your eating habits. We will help you reach your nutrition goals!

Jason Keigher Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES) and performance enhancement specialist (PES). Additionally, Jason is certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist.
Jason began his fitness career over ten years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and he spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. Jason's specialties include weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, kettlebell and pre/post natal workouts. Jason is available for personal training and boot camp in your home, office, park or gym throughout New York City.
Tysan Lerner Tysan has been a fitness and wellness professional since 1997. She was educated as a personal trainer at New York University and certified as a Holistic Health Counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Tysan has studied and performed with world-class ballet, modern dance, and classical Chinese dance professionals for over 25 years. As a result, Tysan has developed a deep understanding of the body.
Since the start of Tysan's training career, she has continued to expand her knowledge from the traditional modalities of fitness into more mind body focused training. She has studied yoga, gyrotonic expansion system, pilates, integrated movement conditioning and Chinese qi gong with Master teachers such as Kathy Grant (one of the four pilates "elders") and other internationally acclaimed teachers. As a result, sessions will include a unique approach to physical fitness.
